Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team with a focus on evaluating investment opportunities and financing strategies. This role will involve financial modeling due diligence and strategic assessments to guide clients especially in talent acquisitiondriven deals on whether to pursue acquisitions via cash purchases debt financing or other structures.

Familiarity with deal structuring in startups, tech, or services industries Understanding of due diligence processes (financial, legal, HR, etc.) Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and changing priorities Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting

Education

A bachelor's degree in accoutancy and related
