- Execute key grower and channel campaigns detailed in the area plan and signed off by the campaign planning team
- Implement sales execution actions in support of campaigns including Sales Area and Commercial Unit product launch strategies for their area
- Develop a thorough understanding of his area of assignment market potential of key crops commercially grown product area treated and relevant grower segments as defined by the organization
- Drive brand adoption of CP Innovations portfolio and accelerate peak sales of new product introductions
- Expand grower and retailer reach and drive superior wallet share while building relationship and developing intimacy with customers growers and retailers
- Deliver accurate and timely sales forecast and sales plan for channels in his sales area
- Monitor business performance and propose adjustments in grower campaigns tactics to achieve sales and accelerate product move out and POG
- Provide continuous feedback about the area market trends crop season competition and customer performance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales and marketing experience
- Ideally the candidate should understand the crop protection industry and has a hands on experience in retailer management executing field promotion product field demonstrations and demand generation planning/execution.
- Has the ability to process and interpret data and market insights
- Driven with high resultsorientation and the ability to engage and manage performance of 3P field personnel
