This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and updating landing pages email sequences and broadcasts
- Editing shortform video content (Reels Clips) from longform interviews and podcasts
- Uploading and repurposing content across YouTube Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn
- Scheduling social media posts based on provided templates and direction
- Uploading podcast episodes writing show notes and drafting email summaries
- Managing Shopify and website content updates (no coding or design just clean implementation)
- Keeping daily logs of completed work and submitting weekly progress reports

Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field required. 2+ years of experience in marketing administration or data management roles. Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho CRM, with proven experience in data handling, tagging, and segmentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent online research capabilities, able to find and organise relevant prospect data efficiently. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Solid written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
