This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20 hours/week Monday to Friday 9am11am Buford GA time
- Flexible scheduling available

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic digital content brand at a pivotal growth stage. You ll play a crucial role in managing community engagement across multiple social platforms while coordinating with content creators and affiliate partners. This position offers handson experience in social media management data analysis and affiliate program coordination. You ll have the chance to directly impact the growth of an established brand while gaining valuable experience in digital content creation and community management.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement with the brand s growing social media community through thoughtful interaction and response management
- Coordinate and expand the TikTok Shop affiliate program by identifying and reaching out to potential collaborators
- Analyse and categorise audience feedback across platforms to identify trends and opportunities
- Create comprehensive reports on community engagement and affiliate program performance
- Develop and maintain organized documentation of audience insights using spreadsheet software
- Support the creation and distribution of affiliate training materials
- Engage with followers across platforms to build stronger community connections
- Track and document audience feedback related to published content and products
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working with social media platforms particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Strong English communication skills with ability to maintain professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data organization
- Detailoriented mindset with excellent organizational capabilities
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and social media engagement metrics
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
- Experience with social media management tools preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving social media trends and platform updates
