Job Description
This is a remote position.
About Us: Full Scale is a leader in software development and staff augmentation recognized for its exceptional culture and commitment to employee and client success.
Role Overview: Were looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst with experience in eCommerce and marketing analytics to join a shortterm project. This is a 2 3 month contract with a chance to be extended or transition into other roles based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and work with an opensource tool called Robin (no prior experience required; training provided)
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of PayPerClick (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
Track and evaluate the impact of new lead generation efforts
Collaborate with the internal tech and marketing teams to share insights and improve strategy
Combine data engineering and analytics to support decisionmaking
Requirements
Strong experience in both Data Engineering and Data Analytics
Background in working with marketing data or in ecommerce
Proficient in Python and SQL (musthave)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with tools/platforms like Dex or platform engineering concepts
Familiarity with lead tracking and digital campaign metrics.
