This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week 2PM to 9PM Ogden Utah
  • Includes 30minute paid break

Job Description

Take ownership of a strategic professional job search initiative managing comprehensive LinkedInbased application processes for seniorlevel positions. This role offers unique exposure to executivelevel job search strategies while providing crucial support in navigating complex professional opportunities. You ll work directly with senior leadership managing a highvolume application process while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive job application strategies through LinkedIn targeting 70100 quality applications weekly
  • Manage and process applications for precurated professional opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of application submissions and status updates
  • Input and verify professional credentials and information across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership via WhatsApp for realtime guidance and updates
  • Monitor application progress and maintain organized documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications
  • Support optimization of application strategies based on response patterns

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn platform and professional networking tools
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry and information management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in highvolume work
  • Professional communication style and business etiquette
  • Reliable highspeed internet connection and modern computer setup
  • Ability to work night shift hours (aligned with US Mountain Time)
  • Selfmotivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience with WhatsApp business communication
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
