Job Description
We re seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our client s dynamic team and take charge of their social media presence. In this role you ll have the opportunity to showcase your creative talents while managing various social media platforms and crafting compelling content that resonates with the audience. Responsibilities
- Create engaging and onbrand social media content across multiple platforms
- Design and execute a consistent posting schedule to maintain active social presence
- Craft compelling visual content using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Monitor and respond to customer messages and comments with a professional friendly tone
- Engage proactively with the online community to build brand loyalty and following
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all social media communications
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize engagement strategies
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing social media accounts for business purposes
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and graphic design capabilities
- Expertlevel English communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent community management and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team
- Flexibility to align with Australian business hours when needed
