We are looking for an Associate Systems Administrator who will be responsible for providing systems and application support across Visa Corporate systems environment. This position requires applying root cause operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running. Additionally planning and incorporating automated solutions to solve recurring tasks and issues. This is a professional level position and requires strong execution and analytical abilities.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Corporate Technology Support team who is in charge in maintaining and ensuring that the Corporate Productivity Applications are running at the optimum level. The team is also in charge in administering Critical Applications running in Windows and Linux server OS and its relevant components hardware and virtual based platform where most of the corporate applications are running. This team is also responsible on building and managing innovative solutions for employees to support selfservice capabilities into managing numerous corporate usecases and partnering with stakeholders and project managers to lead development of complex enterprise solutions.
Providing secondlevel support for Windows workstations on issues escalated by first or second level support. Troubleshooting Win incidents and problems with a focus on optimizing system performance enhancing security and ensuring scalability.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Windows server 2016/2019/Core and VMware/HyperV.
Expert level troubleshooting on Windows operating environment.
Virtualization (vSphere/HyperV).
System health performance monitoring tuning.
Experience with scripting using Bash PowerShell or similar.
Experience with BigFix or Intune or SCCM
Extensive knowledge of Windows systems management in an Active Directory environment.
Service Now ticket creating follow ups.
Knowledge of ITIL process.
Understanding about Jump Servers / Bastion
Good problemsolving skills with focus on troubleshooting issues in complex production environments.
Willing to learn new technologies and software thinking out of the box questioning the norm and innovative.
Exhibits a strong commitment to execution follow through and timely communication. A good team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in a global environment
The candidate will be heavily involved in ensuring they meet all SLAs and objectives.

Fluent in English.
Plus
Experience with BigFix or Intune or SCCM
Expert level troubleshooting on Windows platform
NexThink and NQL
Experience with Jamf Pro or Jamf Cloud
Automation using PowerShell scripting is a plus.
