Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Gardener to join our Trentham village. Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience. But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
This is a busy and diverse role assisting the Property Manager with daytoday garden maintenance activities. Therefore you will need to be organised and efficient while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.
You will also need to be a team player and able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks. You will also have the ability to work on a minimum of 80 hours per fortnight.
This is a permanent fulltime role and working on a roster of Sunday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Qualifications :
- Relevant horticultural qualification
- Gardening experience post qualification
- Demonstrated ability to physically deliver the range of gardening and landscaping work
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Inclusive participate and engaging work style
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- High level of integrity energy and drive
- Selfstarter with initiative
- Excellent time management
