The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and efficient Administrator to provide support in this interesting and varied role. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to site and provide administrative support to our Kopu office (Thames) including assembling reports data entering HSEQ and financial information and assisting with accounts and monthend duties.
Normal work hours for this role will be 40 hours worked 7.00am to 3.30pm MondayFriday
We are seeking someone with at least three years of administrative experience who has a strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.

The Administrator will report to the Branch Manager and work within a closely knit team. The role is full time and permanent.
