Our client is a leading advertising company in Nigeria. Due to expansion they are in need of a Senior Client Service Executive to lead client relationships drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Lead highprofile client accounts developing and executing tailored strategies.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster strong longterm relationships with clients understanding their needs and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new clients.
- Campaign Planning: Develop and implement effective PR campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
