Job Description
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of AI product operations to bring global innovation to the local market. As a Senior Product Operations Specialist you will translate headquarters strategies into impactful initiatives tailored to Nigerian users.
- Understand the AI product operation strategies from headquarters and develop execution plans tailored to local market characteristics
- Dive deep into the local market identify user needs and design operational activities that align with local culture.
- Monitor operational effectiveness through data and continuously optimize strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing Business Administration Communications Artificial Intelligence or related fields
- 24 years of experience in product or platform operations with preference given to candidates with experience in AI products smartphones or the tech industry especially the Internet industry.
- Led or participated in localized operation projects able to align headquarters strategies with local needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with headquarters teams local partners and customers to collaborate across cultures.
- Ability to design a creative operational strategy to improve the user experience of AI product.
- Ability to drive project implementation quickly and focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Basic knowledge of user research and helps headquarters to understand the local market and customers.
