We SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence.

As we continue our rapid expansion we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Coordinator (Work from Home) providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the sales and marketing sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Position

Sales Coordinator (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide sales support to Sales Account Executive with team of coordinators for a set of customers assigned

  • To handle all incoming email and telephone sales enquiries. To follow up on quotations.

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

  • Conduct followup calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Present promote and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and crosssell products/services.

  • To liaise with suppliers for quotations and price / delivery negotiations.

  • To attend monthly sales coordinator meetings involving all local and regional sales coordinators on issues pertaining to management updates new solutions to improve customers environment and feedback from coordinators.

  • To assist in the training of new Sales Coordinators

  • To undertake other tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

  • To use CRM and ERP to manage accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma preferably in Business / Engineering / Marketing field or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in sales coordination is preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone

  • Selfmotivated result orientated with good interpersonal skill.

  • Skilled in negotiation rejections and dealing with complaints

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a must. Well versed in CRM systems. Candidate with experience with Netsuite and Microsoft Dynamics will be added advantage

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Must have stable Internet connection

Job Type

Fulltime

Monday to Friday (9.00 a.m 6.30 p.m)

Salary

Basic: RM2500
