Job overview:
We are looking for a creative marketing manager for Malaysias leading ecigarette brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a full range of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness drive product sales growth and expand our share in the local and international markets.
Responsibilities:
Brand building and promotion
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the local and international markets.
- Manage brand image and ensure that all marketing materials are in line with the brand tone.
- Plan and execute online and offline brand activities.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Lead the digital marketing team to optimize the performance of channels such as SEO/SEM email marketing etc.
- Analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rate.
Market Research and Competition Analysis
- Monitor industry trends consumer behavior and competitor dynamics and provide market insight reports.
- Adjust product positioning pricing strategies and promotions based on research results.
Sales Support and Channel Marketing
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional activities and channel incentive plans to drive B2B and B2C sales.
- Provide marketing support to distributors and retailers (such as POS materials training joint promotions etc.).
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with ecigarette regulations in Malaysia and target markets.
- Work with the legal team to avoid potential legal risks.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of marketing experience ecigarette FMCG tobacco or related industries are preferred.
- Proficient in digital marketing (social media content marketing SEO/SEM).
- Excellent creative ability and brand management experience.
- Data analysis ability (familiar with Google Analytics social media analysis tools).
- Excellent team management ability.
