Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Engineering Intern to join our Process Development team. This internship offers handson experience in engineering operations continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support new product introductions improve existing manufacturing processes and contribute to crossfunctional projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the design development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Support data collection analysis and reporting related to process performance.
Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Help create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and process flow diagrams.
Maintain detailed engineering documentation and project records.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Current participation in degree program either in Chemistry Material Science or Physics in the university curriculum and interest to pursue a career in engineering field.
PREFERRED
- Candidate with Media Cleaning experience/knowledge/OSA equipment will be an added advantages.
SKILLS
- Communication: To ask clear questions report progress and share ideas effectively with mentors and teams.
- Willingness to Learn: Shows eagerness to absorb knowledge take feedback and improve skills
- Curiosity: Encourages proactive exploration of how things work and deeper understanding of technical concepts.
- Teamwork: Helps collaborate well with engineers designers and other interns on group tasks
- Attention to Detail: Helps avoid mistakes and improves the quality of documentation or technical tasks.
- ProblemSolving: Supports initiative and logical thinking when faced with technical or organizational challenges.
- Listening Skills: Essential for understanding instructions feedback and team discussions
