Our client is a recruitment management office located in PJ. They provide corporate services and talent acquisition of permanent contract and temporary positions in legal / property development sectors. They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in recruitment & hiring responsibilities.
Job Description
- Issue Invoicing
- Timely preparation of financial reports (Full Sets of Accounts)
- Ensure payment transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist in Credit Control together with the Senior
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing
- Manage office maintenance servicing and supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Min 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient with Mandarin English & Bahasa Melayu
- Resourceful with a positive and problemsolving attitude
- Initiative drive and enthusiasm
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Responsible efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work well under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite especially Excel and Sheets
- Preferably Junior Executive with experience in General Accounting
- Familiar with SQL software is a bonus
Remuneration
MYR 3000 MYR 5000 (Depends on experience)
