Job Description
- Ensure all food is served specification.
- Ensures readiness for service and the pace is set for peak trade.
- Stock rotation is followed and all store rooms/ fridges and freezers are in order.
- All stock is secure and no loss of stock.
- Controls wastage and reports all wastage to the Head Chef.
- Informs and listens to consults and involves the team in the life of the hotel and network allocating responsibility as appropriate
- Ensure that the storage of food meets company and statutory health and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure direct reports do the same.
Qualifications :
- 1 Year experience in similar capacity.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
