Job Description
At Wonderful Citrus we are looking for an FP&A Leader to work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team providing key financial analysis identifying improvement opportunities and supporting strategic decisionmaking. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in reports and presentations to senior management as well as driving improvements in margins and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute standard and customized management reports for internal use.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure overall business performance. Analyze trends and expense projections identifying opportunities and risks.
- Utilize analytical tools to develop reports charts and dashboards.
- Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly financial analysis including revenue expenses and profitability.
- Consolidate budgets P&L and longterm forecasts.
- Present financial information clearly and strategically to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Agribusiness or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis FP&A or related areas.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in agriculture food production or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and ERP (Oracle is a plus).
- Availability to travel 30% of time.
- Valid U.S. visa required.
