Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent software development projects with an ownership mindset.
- While not a handson coding role you will work closely with teams coding in React TypeScript and Flutter to understand project requirements and challenges.
- Actively participate in refinement planning and other agile ceremonies.
- Be prepared to innovate learn and lead in a highpaced environment demonstrating a growth mindset and problemsolving skills at every opportunity.
- Manage relationships with outside partners integrating their efforts seamlessly into our projects.
- Assist with other tasks to help the business grow no task is too big or too small.
Experience and Skills
- Bachelors degree in a project management related field. Computer Science Engineering or related is a plus.
- Experience in startups or fastpaced environments.
- Proven track record as the central role on multiple complex projects with successful delivery.
- Successfully partnered with remote development teams and managed crossfunctional collaborations.
- Familiarity with software development concepts such as APIs microservices and agile delivery.
- Experience ensuring code quality and performance and coordinating testing efforts.
- Experience breaking down complex work into epics and stories for consumption by development teams.
