Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Process Engineer Injection Molding you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations introducing new products troubleshooting process issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Process Engineer collaborates closely with production tooling maintenance and quality to ensure process stability and compliance with industry standards especially in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key contributor to our manufacturing success you will:
- Develop monitor and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistency quality and performance.
- Lead process validation and support new product introductions from concept to fullscale production.
- Analyse and troubleshoot process deviations and defects using root cause analysis tools.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Production Quality Tooling Maintenance) to implement improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Define and maintain process parameters and documentation in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction quality enhancement and cycle time optimization.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role within a highly automated production environment (preferred).
- Technical and methodological skills:
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines tools and automation systems.
- Handson experience with process optimization troubleshooting and validation
- Deep understanding of molding machines tools automation and auxiliary equipment
- Analytical thinker with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
