Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative you ll be at the front line of customer engagement responding to inquiries uncovering needs delivering tailored solutions and building longterm client relationships. Your impact will drive both customer satisfaction and business growth all while you maintain a healthy worklife balance.

Job Overview
Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: 10:00 AM 06:00 PM MK Time
Work Setup: Onsite Skopje

Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct factfinding conversations to understand customer needs
  • Prepare accurate detailed quotations and visuals based on customer requirements
  • Upsell and crosssell recommending bestselling products and pricing options
  • Maintain accuracy in quoting item selection supplier choice and markup
  • Proactively build customer accounts by converting leads and managing objections
  • Stay updated on product and supplier offerings including pricing and trends
  • Track quotation metrics to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with sales procurement and marketing teams for optimal lead potential

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 13 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferably within a related industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple quotations simultaneously
  • Proficient in using quotation and CRM software with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking to ensure accurate pricing and markup
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team with strong task prioritization in a fastpaced environment
  • Polite and professional communication via phone chat and email ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a passion for driving business growth
  • Proactive selfmotivated and possesses a strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs and achieve targets
