Job Description

We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team and contribute to building a more sustainable tomorrow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who values openness responsibility and teamwork.

The position will support the Ignitis Renewables Board while being employed under Ignitis Group Service Center.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Organizing coordinating and taking care of the Management Board meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of board meetings including minutes and official documents such as bylaws resolutions and other important organizational documents
  • Providing organizational and administrative support including taking care of Board work regulations implementation setting up the preliminary yearly schedule
  • Managing Board meetings IT system assisting others and acting as the key point for working with the system as well as proposing improvements
  • Acting as registrar & keeper as well as the first point of contact regarding main package of companys valid official incorporation documents for proof of executive capacity (extracts from registry existing power of attorneys or proof of Board/ Committee appointments articles of association etc.)
  • Assist the board with various documents drafts committees approvals or tasks as needed
  • Cooperating with lawyers and other internal stakeholders during abovementioned activities

Qualifications :

  • University degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
  • Excellent time management attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Strong English language skills (C1 level or above)
  • Proactive adaptable and capable of working independently and building strong internal relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage documentation and internal communications effectively

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience working as a highlevel assistant or board secretary
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or document handling in a corporate environment
