The Role
GES is seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and dedicated ICT Teacher to deliver the IGCSE and A Level curriculum from August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire students in the dynamic and everevolving field of Information and Communication Technology.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons in line with the British curriculum

Teach ICT to students at IGCSE and A Level

Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations
-
Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning
-
Encourage critical thinking digital literacy and innovation
-
Contribute to the departments development and cocurricular ICT initiatives

Assess record and report on the development and progress of students
Candidate Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in ICT Computer Science or a related subject (Masters preferred)

UKrecognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or QTS)
-
Minimum of 35 years experience teaching in a British curriculum school

Native English speaker with British nationality (visa requirement)

Strong understanding of IGCSE and A Level ICT syllabi

Passion for teaching innovation and continuous professional growth
