Job Title: Sales Manager Outsourced Sales Team

Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager Outsourced Sales Team is responsible for leading and managing a team of outsourced sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role involves strategic planning sales performance analysis and optimizing Salesforce management to enhance sales effectiveness. The Sales Manager will oversee recruitment training and performance monitoring of the sales team ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
o Identify sales opportunities and market trends to drive business growth.
o Align sales strategies with client expectations and organizational objectives.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
o Lead train and supervise a team of outsourced sales representatives to maintain a highperformance sales culture.
o Set clear performance targets and ensure timely achievement of sales goals.
o Develop incentive plans to motivate the team and drive target attainment.
3. Salesforce Management & Data Analysis:
o Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM for accurate lead tracking data analysis and performance reporting.
o Utilize Salesforce data to provide actionable insights and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
o Conduct regular data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and sales growth.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with sales objectives.
o Address client concerns and resolve escalations promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
5. Reporting & Performance Analysis:
o Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
o Provide insights on team performance sales forecasts and market trends.
o Present sales reports to clients and internal stakeholders highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
710 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing sales teams.
Proven experience in a Sales Outsourcing environment managing external sales teams and aligning client expectations.
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce management including data analysis reporting and CRM optimization.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on datadriven sales strategies.
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
