The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the laboratory operations to ensure highquality compliant and efficient analytical testing method development and instrument maintenance. The job exists to ensure that the laboratory operates according to industry standards (ISO 17025) maintains necessary accreditation (ACCREDIA) and meets the regulatory requirements of the fertilizer sector and other relevant industries.
Key responsibilities include developing validating and standardizing analytical methods maintaining laboratory accreditation coordinating laboratory staff and ensuring compliance with both internal and external quality standards. Additionally this role serves as a key point of contact between the laboratory and various departments ensuring smooth operations across R&D operations regulatory sales and quality management.
The role is essential for ensuring that the laboratory produces accurate and reliable analytical results supports innovation in research and development and facilitates the laboratorys contribution to commercial relations with stakeholders while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
