Job Description
Ensuring VRV Charts Success
VRV a Chart Industries group company is a historic and important industrial entity present internationally in both the design and manufacture of pressure equipment for the Oil&Gas sectors and in the engineering and manufacture of isolation tanks for gas distribution and storage in the Cryogenic sector as well as a company operating in the Automotive HLNG business.
What Your DaytoDay Activities Will Be
- Plan and monitor production activities establishing production priorities based on business needs and customer requirements.
- Manage production scheduling based on available resources (personnel machinery materials).
- Collaborate with technical and engineering departments to ensure that all technical specifications and quality requirements are met.
- Analyze and optimize workflows identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials needed for production.
- Constantly monitor and update production schedules taking into account any changes in lead times or business priorities.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to production planning and progress for management and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during production activities.
- Support the team in managing production resources and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications...
- Bachelors degree in Management Engineering or equivalent (or relevant prior experience).
- At least 3 years experience in similar roles preferably in engineering or oil & gas.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes planning techniques and management tools (e.g. ERP production management systems).
- Good knowledge of major analysis and reporting tools (Excel planning software).
- Good knowledge of mechanical technical drawing and be able to use different types of design software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent problem solving skills and results orientation.
- Knowledge of the English language (preferred).
- Knowledge of occupational safety and quality regulations (ISO etc.).
