Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen team in delivering highquality dishes with creativity precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will bring passion for culinary excellence strong leadership skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and presentation.
Develop and update menus with a focus on creativity seasonality and customer preferences.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
Train mentor and supervise kitchen staff promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory food costs and kitchen budgets efficiently.
Coordinate with suppliers to source highquality ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.(HACCP)
Collaborate with frontofhouse staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting.
Indepth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
