Job Description
Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Italian Speaker

Start Date: 5th June 2025
Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Work Model: Fully Remote (Relocation support available within Portugal)
Work Schedule
Shifts: Monday to Saturday including bank holidays between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 1024 per 14 months
Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months
Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months
Allowances & Benefits
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 per month
Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) free after 6 months
Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for Italianspeaking customers. Youll handle inquiries manage reservations resolve technical issues and ensure every interaction aligns with the companys high standards of service and professionalism.
What Youll Do

Support customers with salesrelated inquiries product information and troubleshooting

Communicate across multiple channels: phone email chat and social media

Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs

Handle escalations with empathy and a customerfirst mindset

Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Techsavvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
Resilient and calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
