Job Title: PMO Project Coordinator

Our client is a leading IT Technology & Services Management MNC dedicated to providing stateoftheart IT solutions for internal and external customers in the insurance landscape. As part of a major insurance group based in Germany and Europe the company operates in 26 countries with a strong focus on Europe and Asia. They offer a comprehensive range of insurances pensions investments and services leveraging cuttingedge technologies such as Cloud Digital Robotics Automation IoT Voice Recognition and Big Data science.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in project governance tracking and reporting across banking transformation initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI for realtime project performance insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
- Analyze project data to identify risks trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare executivelevel reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications in PMO/PMP
- 7 years of experience in PMO
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira AWS AZURE
