About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detailoriented Content Writing Manager to lead our content team and drive our brand s voice across various digital platforms. Based in Coimbatore this role requires a seasoned professional who can develop content strategies manage a team of writers and ensure the delivery of highquality engaging and SEOoptimized content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and brand objectives
Manage and mentor a team of content writers editors and freelancers
Plan write and edit highquality content for blogs websites social media email campaigns and more
Collaborate with SEO design and digital marketing teams to create impactful content
Ensure consistency in tone voice and style across all content
Track content performance metrics and optimize based on analytics and insights
Stay uptodate with content trends audience preferences and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in English Communications or a related field
5 7 years of experience in content writing with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content across different formats and industries
Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and storytelling skills
Experience with SEO tools and content management systems (e.g. WordPress SEMrush)
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects with deadlines
