Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in U.S. shift hours to support global hiring operations.
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards LinkedIn and other channels.
Review resumes and assist with candidate screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
Post and update job listings on various platforms.
Assist with reporting on hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
