Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal labor and equipment usage.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement strategies.
Design efficient plant layouts and recommend changes to enhance productivity.
Monitor production data to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production quality and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and industry standards.
Prepare reports and documentation related to efficiency cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a textile or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and industrial engineering tools.
Proficient in data analysis and production planning software.
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
Familiarity with textile production processes and machinery is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 2. ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). 3. CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). 4. Business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI). 5. Data analytics software (R, Python, Excel).
