Job Summary
Were seeking a resultsdriven customerobsessed leader to join our Operations team. In this role youll own and drive operational excellence across our 3P seller fulfillment centers ensuring they maintain Amazons high standards of performance and customer experience.
Basic Responsibilities
Own endtoend 3P FC operations including performance metrics process improvements and change management
Drive operational excellence through datadriven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain strong partnerships with 3P sellers internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
Develop and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with Amazon FC standards
Lead problemsolving initiatives using root cause analysis and Lean methodologies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2 years of program or project management experience
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ecommerce logistics or supply chain operations
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools
Experience in process improvement and change management
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Partner with 3P seller teams to optimize FC operations
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Lead daily operations meetings and stakeholder communications
Drive continuous improvement projects and track their impact

2 years of program or project management experience
