Introduction to role
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design develop and deploy AIdriven applications while also building and maintaining robust full stack solutions using Python React JS on AWS cloud platform. In this role you will apply strong software engineering skillsincluding DevOps and MLOps best practicesto deliver scalable secure and highperforming AI products. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tackle complex challenges in areas such as drug development manufacturing and supply chain optimization ensuring seamless endtoend solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Full Stack Development: Build and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React JS (frontend) integrating AI/ML capabilities into the product stack.
AWS & Cloud Integration: Leverage AWS services (including Bedrock SageMaker Lambda ECS/EKS) to deploy scale and monitor AI models and full stack applications in the cloud.
DevOps & MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines automated testing containerization and infrastructureascode to ensure reliable and efficient deployment of AI services.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scopes and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. Mentor junior engineers and data scientists fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
Performance & Optimization: Monitor and optimize both AI models and application layers to improve response times scalability and resource utilization.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture data workflows and AI model performance. Contribute to building internal AI capabilities by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
AI Powered Drug Development Develop and deploy AI models to optimize drug development processes.
Autonomous Manufacturing Implement AIdriven solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiencies.
Selfhealing Supply Chain Apply AI techniques to improve supply chain management and logistics.
Bachelors in operations research mathematics computer science or related quantitative field.
Handson experience with AWS services (e.g. Bedrock SageMaker Lambda ECS/EKS) cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
Strong proficiency in Python and React JS with solid understanding of software development patterns and best practices.
Expertise in DevOps (CI/CD Docker Kubernetes) and MLOps (model versioning monitoring pipelines) within the AWS ecosystem.
Handson experience industrializing GenAI working with large and/or complex datasets.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
Masters or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
Cloud engineering experience (AWS cloud services)
