1) Job Purpose
The Business Finance Professional serves as a strategic partner to various departments including operations marketing and sales. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights analysis and support to drive informed decisionmaking optimize profitability and ensure alignment with the companys financial objectives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze financial statements comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts to identify variances and areas for improvement.
- Identify significant trends and issues providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support management decisions.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads to create financial plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide financial input into new contract negotiations and product costing initiatives.
- Support sales operations and marketing teams in pricing strategies and investment appraisals.
- Evaluate promotional plans and strategies measuring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Process Improvement and Compliance
- Ensure financial controls are in place complying with regulatory and company standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings revenue growth and efficiency improvements across the organization
