Position Overview :

The User Acquisition team at Zynga is looking for an experienced and accomplished User Acquisition performance marketer who will be responsible for managing largescale advertising campaigns. This person is an analytical and businesssavvy numbercruncher who will acquire users for Zyngas growing mobile portfolio. This individual will focus on leveraging Paid Social Channels Ad Networks and DSPs to scale our current marketing efforts. You will be responsible for helping the team identify and develop mobile acquisition strategies and work closely with engineering and machine learning engineers to further improve our internal tools. You are an experienced quantitative online marketer who can manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding execution. This role is well suited for those who are analytically strong and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business.

What Youll Do:

• Create and manage new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social (i.e. Facebook Google TikTok) and ad network platforms (i.e. Unity Applovin Liftoff)

• Lead the optimization efforts across creative geo platform and channel to maximize returns and scale products and deliver performance at scale.

• Have understanding of ad attribution and tracking with mobile measurement partners(i.e. Appsflyer Adjust)

• Collaborate with the Game Creative and Product Marketing teams to make decisions that increase LTV and lower acquisition cost.

• Daily weekly and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results

What You Bring:

• 24 years experience in a performance marketing role.

• Demonstrated experience with campaign management on paid social and DSP channels.

• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills and experience working in a metricsbased environment.

• Experience with Tableau advanced Excel and mobile measurement partners (i.e. Adjust Appsflyer Kochava).

• Outstanding stakeholder communication skills both written and spoken to work effectively with our external and internal partners.
