The Services team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through postimplementation support troubleshooting consultation on system setup options and training on features and functionality. The team offers crossportfolio support all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue utilization and customer satisfaction.
The Professional Services team plans guides and delivers client projects all with the aim to meet timeline and budget expectations and achieve organizational goals.
Your daytoday job will consist of:
Assist with Application Implementation Support the configuration and deployment of software solutions for clients.
Client Support & Troubleshooting Address client issues provide solutions and escalate complex problems as needed.
Documentation Prepare user guides training materials and implementation documentation.
Collaborate with Teams Work with internal teams (e.g. Project Managers Product Support) to ensure smooth project delivery.
System Testing & Validation Perform functional testing to ensure software works as expected.
Monitor Project Milestones Help track progress and ensure timely delivery of project phases.
Maintain Application Knowledge Stay updated on application updates features and usage guidelines.
Ensure Data Accuracy Validate and maintain data integrity during system usage and client onboarding.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
23 years of clientfacing experience in a technical support implementation or application specialist role.
Strong understanding of software applications and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ticketing systems documentation tools and remote support platforms.
Understanding of K12 education workflows school data management and student information systems.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and reporting.
Experience with data migration system integrations or APIbased solutions.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
Experience delivering client support or onboarding in an EdTech or SaaS environment.
