Job Summary

The Data Product Mapper will be responsible for designing and maintaining structured data models mappings and integrations specifically within the Sales & Commerce domain. This role ensures seamless data interoperability between various sales ecommerce CRM and ERP platforms enabling datadriven decisionmaking and optimizing business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers data engineers and business stakeholders to enhance data quality accessibility and usability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Mapping & Transformation

• Design and manage data mapping frameworks between sales ecommerce CRM and ERP systems.

• Define data transformation rules and workflows to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.

• Develop and maintain data dictionaries schemas and metadata documentation for commercial data assets.

• Ensure consistency in data models across different applications and systems.

Integration & Data Flow Optimization

• Collaborate with integration engineers to define API data contracts and ETL processes for sales and commerce data.

• Optimize data pipelines for realtime and batch data processing to support business analytics and reporting.

• Implement data validation and quality checks to improve the accuracy and reliability of commercial data.

• Work closely with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and enhance data integration processes.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish data governance policies for commercial data to ensure security compliance and regulatory adherence.

• Ensure data integrity by implementing standardized rules for data handling and integration.

• Monitor data lineage and implement best practices for auditability and transparency in sales and commerce data.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with business leaders analysts and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver optimized solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support for business users interacting with sales and commerce data.

• Translate business needs into data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in data modeling data mapping or data integration roles within the Sales & Commerce domain.

• Strong understanding of CRM ecommerce and ERP data structures including platforms like Salesforce Shopify SAP and Oracle.

• Handson experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft Boomi Informatica or equivalent.

• Expertise in SQL JSON XML and other data formats used in API and ETL integrations.

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR CCPA etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloudbased data warehouses and analytics platforms (Snowflake Redshift BigQuery etc.).

• Knowledge of AI/MLdriven data transformation and enrichment techniques.

• Strong programming skills in Python or Java for data manipulation and automation.

• Certifications in data management cloud platforms or enterprise data integration.
