We are currently looking for a Technical Product Trainer who will play an important role by delivering curriculum and insights in relation to our products and solutions to our internal teams and our partners. In this role you will become a subject matter expert and evangelist of Acquias solutions and will help our sales organization to master the tools that Acquia offers to our customers.
As a Technical Product Trainer you will leverage your talents to provide virtual training to our team members while working both independently and within a team. You will routinely collaborate with other Acquians to help communicate new product releases develop training plans and assist with end user resources.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Develop facilitate and execute a multitiered product enablement strategy for Sales and Customer Success team audience including followup and reinforcement.
- Design and develop creative training solutions including but not limited to interactive instructorled training courses elearning and blended learning modules and all related materials and resources.
- Deliver training to new hires serve as an infield resource provide feedback and certify reps for successful independent interactions with buyers.
- Create and manage a curriculum of product skills certifications to be completed by team members.
- Develop and maintain product training assets for sales onboarding programs and ongoing initiativebased training programs.
- Refine existing training curriculum in alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Create and refine a datadriven analytic framework to identify gaps and evaluate the success of training programs.
- Support global reinforcement of Enablement initiatives such as sales asset management product knowledge and sales SOPs and best practices.
- Partner with Product Product Marketing and Marketing teams to manage ongoing product releases campaign releases and playbook enablements.
- Project manage and/or create productrelated enablement assets to live in our asset repository.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIORS
- A Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience in sales sales training product marketing or sales engineering/solutions consulting preferably within hightech organizations.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to transfer skills and knowledge to groups and individuals.
- Development experience with the opensource CMS Drupal is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in training influencing others delivering group and individual presentations and client interfacing.
- Ability to articulate complex technical subjects and simplify them into easytounderstand concepts for use by sellers of varying technical expertise.
- Refined training facilitation skills and expertise with experience in creating sales enablement assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring them to successful completion.
- Strong meeting management and group facilitation skills and ability to structure both small and large group meetings to achieve predefined objectives and advance projects through influence rather than authority.
- High competency in the following areas: collaboration oral and written communication ability to create polished enablement presentations and assets attention to detail planning process and project management effective decisionmaking resultsorientation and the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with elearning authoring tools Learning Management Systems and Salesforce is a plus.
- 13 years of experience in Enablement Coaching or Team leadership is a plus.
