We are hiring a Senior .net Developer (Team Lead) for our client a Texasbased digital transformation company. This role is ideal for an experienced .net professional ready to lead a team and take ownership of fullcycle software development projects involving .net C# and modern database technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of junior .net developers.
Design develop and maintain scalable software applications using .net Core and C#.
Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers and QA engineers.
Ensure best practices in coding architecture and application performance.
Perform code reviews and assist in technical documentation.
Integrate and manage Mysql Server or other relational databases.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in .net development.
Strong handson expertise in C# .net Core and Angular.
Proven experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Proficient with web technologies and frontend frameworks.
Strong understanding of relational databases (Mysql SQL Server etc.).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
