Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Head to lead operations for a prestigious luxury jewellery brand in Bahrain.
If you have a strong background in highend jewellery retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences we would love to hear from you!
Position: Boutique Head
Industry: Luxury Jewellery
Location: Bahrain
Salary: 1300 BHD (no accomodation)
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a luxury jewellery boutique or similar highend retail store
Strong leadership skills with a focus on client servicing and team development
Excellent communication organizational and sales skills
Ability to drive boutique performance client relationships and brand standards
Previous experience in the Gulf region is an added advantage
