Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design and develop interior concepts for residential projects considering client needs and preferences.
Create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans layouts and elevations.
Produce highquality 2D/ 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and ensure alignment with their vision.
Select materials furniture and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Work closely with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies.
Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring delivery within scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in residential interior design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g. SketchUp Photoshop3ds Max VRay or similar).
Strong understanding of space planning color theory and material selection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative Thinking.
