Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying customers/clients and researching and analyzing sales options. Visit potential customers for new business development.
- Responsible for generating business from current customers including but not limited to Doctors Nursing Homes and Hospitals across Jaipur by visits conducting activities etc.
- Promoting specialized testing:Market and generate volumes from doctors and hospitals by promoting specialized products.
- Develop maintain and execute a territory plan and work as per the sales strategy and achieve targets as given by the Manager.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understandcustomerneeds and develop plans to address their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- Work with the marketing and operations team to maintain a customeroriented service delivery with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
Reporting & Documentation
- Record sales and otherinformationand report the same to the Manager.
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance draw variances comparing the targets and real sales and present it to the Manager.
Training & Self Development::
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops; training and other meetings arranged by the organization from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Management degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills encompassing active listening problemsolving and interpersonal communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong ability to establish and nurture rapport with key clients while effectively managing multiple accounts concurrently. Proactive attitude with a resultoriented approach to sales and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teambased environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business development initiatives.
