POST: 4 in number
Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and receivedand updating the customer database with relevant information in Company CRM.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Providing customers with information about available properties including their features amenities and pricing.
Inviting the prospective Buyer for Site Visit and follow up.
Explaining the buying and selling process to customers and guiding them through the entire process.
Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the companys Product and addressing any concerns they may have.
Achieving Site Visit targets and quotas set by the company and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations and providing feedback on customer trends and preferences.
Qualification : BBA MBA BA(Freshers)
Experience : 03 Years
Salary: Upto 30k
Location: New Delhi (KAROL BAGH) AND NOIDA SEC 132
