Job Position Summary
To ensure that all Akasa Airs Ground Instructors Licenses documentation and qualifications satisfy the regulatory and licensing requirements specified by the DGCA and effectively support the companys operational and training objectives.
Key responsibilities
Database Updation of all Flight Crew Trainings licenses records of Ground training qualifications and Trainer qualifications and upgrades and running and monitoring of expiry reports.
Maintaining records of all ground Trainings and Planning of ground Training in coordination with Chief Ground Instructors and Training Planners.
Maintain individual personnel files and training records of all Flight Crew and store all relevant licensing records in accordance with all the regulatory requirements.
Any other duties that may be assigned by Chief Ground Instructor.
Desired Qualification / certifications
Previous/current Licensing executive in an Indian registered airline is an added advantage.
Knowledge of DGCA requirements pertaining to Cabin Crew Training
Preferred relevant work experience
Should have extensive Regulatory knowledge pertaining to Flight Operations and Training.
Should be experienced in maintaining records of all ground Trainings and Planning of ground Training in coordination with Chief Ground Instructors and Training Planners.
Skills and knowledge
Possess knowledge about Regulations/CARs/
Company policies and Standards.
Strong work ethics Motivated and fast learning
capabilities.
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Flexibility & Adaptability.
Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel.
