Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entries invoices and vouchers.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- Maintain and update general ledgers for accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and monitor petty cash expenses and records.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support bookkeeping operations and documentation.
- Utilize Tally ERP and MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and other departments for audit preparations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc.)
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Ability to handle petty cash and routine financial entries
- Knowledge of tax preparation and general ledgers
- Experience with bank reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or related field
- 12 years of relevant experience (freshers with internships may also apply)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
