Initiates Request For Quote activities and communicates customer/product requirement information necessary for thorough quotation.
Handles Request For Quote activities for product/services modifications per customer requirements.
Attends services/product development meetings.
Surveys clients for project satisfaction tracking.
Sends product and services information to customers upon request.
Researches and reviews preliminary data to support the sales forecasting process.
Analyzes sales data to help identify sales effectiveness and outcomes.
Responds to and documents internal inquiries and completes requests for information in a timely manner.
Tracks routine license requests and transactions to support the sales process.
Supports collection of information for sales campaign presentations.
