TECHNICAL LEAD JAVA FULL STACK
Location: India Bangalore

ABOUT THE ROLE
Thales is looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with deep handson experience and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Youll play a key role in driving the architecture development and delivery of secure scalable software solutions. Youll also mentor team members lead design discussions and collaborate with crossfunctional and international teams.
Youll be working on the management component of ThalesImpervas Cloud Web Application Firewall (CWAF) solutions a core part of our cloudbased security platform. This system serves as the control layer for a globally distributed service enabling organizations to manage and scale their web application security with confidence. It plays a key role in ensuring high performance reliability and a seamless experience for our customers across diverse environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead technical delivery within an Agile team and own endtoend solution development.
Design and review architecture for scalable secure and maintainable software systems.
Implement and enhance functionality across both frontend and backend systems.
Contribute handson to development and integration of components.
Mentor and guide engineers on best practices code quality and system design.
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders PM/TPM/UX.
Actively participate in sprint planning estimations and technical planning.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
10 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
Strong command of fullstack development in Javaspring boot microservices and React/Angular.
Strong expertise in microservices architecture secure system design design patterns and performance optimization.
Experienced in navigating enterprise computing environments with expertise in the AWS ecosystem Docker container technology and Kubernetes orchestration
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and confident working in fastpaced distributed teams.
NICE TO HAVE
Domain knowledge in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure.
Experience in working with global crossfunctional teams.
Experience working with AI technologies in software projects.
