Job Description:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Conversion Accelerator insurance product portfolio ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Analyze market trends competitor offerings and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing strategy and development to prioritize product roadmap initiatives and drive product development efforts.
Team Leadership and Resource Management:
- Manage a team of 12 product management professionals providing guidance mentorship and support to drive individual and team success.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning within the product management team.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of insurance products and product lines.
- Utilize datadriven insights to track product metrics identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize product performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define longterm product strategies and objectives driving initiatives to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in product management leveraging industry expertise and market insights to maintain DXCs competitive edge in the insurance sector.
- Lead product launch activities ensuring effective gotomarket strategies and successful product adoption by target customers.
Qualifications:
- Significant Experience in modernization of mainframe and ntier applications to the cloud API driven architecture and cloud native design patterns. AWS experience preferred.
- Significant Experience in conversion tools from legacy to cloud AIdriven code analysis and conversion and usage of lowcode tools and platforms for modernization to cloud. AWS experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in product management with several years experience in Insurance and at least 3 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product portfolios and driving product innovation in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data extract insights and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Deep understanding of insurance industry trends regulatory requirements and competitive landscape.
