This role is responsible for planning monitoring and coordinating industrial electrical systems power distribution and automation within the construction process.

About the Role:
- Electrical Systems Installation & Commissioning Oversee installation of power distribution switchgear control panels and motors.
- Power & Utility Management Manage HT/LT power distribution backup systems (DG sets UPS) and energy optimization.
- Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to IS IEC NEC HACCP FSSAI and GMP electrical standards.
- Contractor & Vendor Management Supervise electrical contractors review BOQs tenders and procurement.
- Project Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with civil mechanical and automation teams resolve issues and track progress.
- Leading entire project team including architects consultants project managers vendors etc.
- Manage client expectations ensuring they are kept informed of project status and any issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Coordinated with all agencies and vendor involved in project.
- Coordinatingallthe technical activities. This includes the planning of execution activities in construction.
- oral and written communication skills too good and ability to properly document installation of work and Ensuring compliance with quality.
- Ability to work independently accepting ownership of assigned responsibility.
- interact with Consultants Architects M&E Contractors Suppliers and guide engineering consultancy team to detail concepts / vendors.
About You:
- B.E Electrical
- 15 years of experience in industrial electrical systems power distribution and automation in food & beverage FMCG or manufacturing plants.
- Strong expertise in HT/LT electrical systems PLC/SCADA switchgear and motor controls.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project SAP and electrical design software preferred.
- Knowledge of green energy solutions and energyefficient electrical systems preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
